Shallow (Chest deep) Water Workout
 

The Shallow Water Workout is a low impact but high intensity water aerobics class where no swimming skills are needed. This class is designed to improve flexibility, range of motion, strength, muscle tone, posture and cardiovascular endurance while using the resistance of the water to cushion the feet, knees and back. Exercises are performed in water that is chest deep to lively, motivating music. These exercises are effective and easy to follow. Styrofoam barbells and/or pool "noodles" may be used and will be provided at the class.
